Shipping & Returns




If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a full refund for all returns accompanied by a Dogwoods receipt for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  A merchandise credit will be issued for returns made without a receipt (only for items purchased from for up to 30 days.  All returns must be in resalable condition and in original packaging. Applicable refunds are on merchandise only (not shipping or gift wrap).  Items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged at Dogwoods Flagship Store. All sale, special order, personalized and jewelry items are final sale.



For your security and peace of mind when shipping back to us, we strongly advise using a professional packing service and insuring your shipment as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.  The cost of return freight and insurance is your responsibility.  Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return.

To ensure your return gets into the right hands for quick resolution, please email to receive a return authorization code.  Once you receive this code, please write it on all boxes, and include a detailed packing list for all items you are returning.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world (no p.o. boxes). When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates. We ship USPS so your items should arrive within three to five days of your ship date. If it's a special order, your item will arrive in one to two weeks. We will inform you of when to expect your items and provide tracking information.

We take pride in keeping shipping costs as low as possible and offer free shipping for all orders totaling $200 or more. 



We always strive to pack each piece securely to ensure your complete satisfaction when opening your boxes.  However, occasionally pieces do break in transit.  If you find breakage, please contact Dogwoods at or call the store at (260) 459-2110 within 10 business days so that we can file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier and swiftly get you a refund or replacement. Please retain all packaging materials for the shipper’s inspection and take a photo of the package and its contents.
